winter room rate ( october - march) is £85 per night summer room rate (april - september) is £95 per night both rates include breakfast and are based on two people sharing a double or twin room. single occupancy rates are from £55 in winter - £70 in summer our whole house is available to let for some yachting regattas. enquiries should be made in the first instance to paula on 07795 296399

we have three rooms available for guests - osborne, tennyson and solent. each one is spacious with modern, elegant interiors, beautiful linen, private bathrooms and everything to make your stay a relaxed and comfortable one. Flat screen tv, daily fresh fruit bowls, tea and coffee trays and handmade soap are available in all rooms
osborne
a large and wonderfully comfortable room on the 1st floor with its own private bath and shower room. decorated in brilliant white with aqua blue and neutral soft furnishings, osborne is a tranquil, stylish room in which to relax and unwind.

solent
solent is our twin room on the top floor, bright and airy with french windows and juliet balcony overlooking the garden and a fabulous view of the sea. with a stylish ensuite shower room, solent is a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

tennyson
tennyson is a lovely spacious room on the top floor, decorated in bright white with highlights of aqua blue, beige and chocolate brown. with a beautiful en suite marble bath and shower room tennyson is perfect for a wedding night, romantic getaway or just a long weekend by the sea.
